✅ Small group or 1:1 confidence coaching – ideal for children who need help with self-esteem, friendship worries, or managing big emotions.
✅ Transition support for Year 6 / 7 – focused sessions to prepare children for secondary school or to help them settle in , reduce anxiety, and build excitement and confidence for the next chapter.
✅ Workshops & mindful crafting clubs – whole-class or small group activities using art, music, and movement to explore confidence, kindness, and growth mindset.
✅ Parent talks and evening events – supportive sessions on managing anxiety, boosting resilience, and helping children navigate change.
